Wäre toll wenn jemand die CDs von der "The Complete Elvis Presley Masters" mit den CDs der "Elvis 20 Original Albums" vergleichen könnte!!!

Irgendwie habe ich das Gefühl das es nur mich Interessiert, welche Master auf der "20 Original Albums" Box drauf sind!!!:traurig:

Aber so richtig einig ist man sich auch in diesem Forum nicht!!!!

They are the best I've heard them, to be honest. i don't have TCM but, in comparison to the 90s reissues and the FTD of Today, they sound mighty fine - as does Love Letters and On Stage, I might add. I also think (not sure, but think), that Elvis Now, EP Boulevard and Aloha are the new masters as well, and possibly the Good Times disc. I would like someone to be able to verify these. Aloha sounds different to the last time the LP fade-out version appeared on CD way back when, so I'm guessing its the new version.

As for WTMY, You Cheatin Heart sounds particularly awful, I thought, and there is no coherence in sound throughout the album - almost as if it is taken from about five different sources of mastering rather than just one.....which could of course be the case

Zuerst ging es mir nur um die Master von der "20 Original Albums"!!! ...Jetzt geht es mir aber in der Tat, auch wo sind die "Complete Masters" sonst noch drauf!!!

Irgendwie bin ich vom Weg abgekommen!!!

Irgendwie muss da wirklich ein neuer Thread her!!!!
