The family of the late singer Bob Marley are planning to claim the exclusive rights to the 'brand Marley'. The illegal use of name, picture and music would make an estimated total of $600 million each year. The official income in 2007 was only $4 million. The family will now follow the example of Elvis and register the name of Marley as a brand to get the exclusive rights to it.
