Ganz schöne VÖ, habe heute morgen gerade die neue "Elvis 1975 On Tour"-CD vom Elvid Concert Fan-Label gehört, das ebenfalls die Show aus Jacksonville enthält uund auch die Lakeland-Show vom 28.
Freue mich, daß wir nun endlich eine weitere Lücke schließen, da die Show vom 27. neu ist. Außerdem ist es interessant, daß man noch Heartbreak Hotel und That's All Right aus Jacksonville bekommt, die bisher auf allen Soundboards fehlten.
Bin nicht unbedingt ein Fan dieser Shows, Elvis klingt bei einigen Songs einfach nicht bereit oder redet einfach rein. Auch T-R-O-U-B-L-E ist alles andere als geprobt...aber trotzdem her damit...ist eine neue Show.

Ich hoffe jetzt nur, daß die Aufnahme nicht so pianolastig ist, wie die anderen Soundboards aus der Woche...das ist mir teilweise echt zu laut und trübt den Hörgenuss...aber warten wir mal ab, vielleicht ist es auf dieser CD besser.

Das mag bei mir aber auch an dem Sound liegen, daß ich die nicht so gerne höre...die Shows zum Ende der Tour, wie Murfreesboro, mag ich sehr. Wie gesagt, T-R-O-U-B-L-E verursacht bei mir Schmerzen, weil Elvis und der Backgroundchor andere Strophen singen und auch das reinreden stört mich bei einigen Nummern. Aber natürlich gibt es auch sehr schöne Versionen, It's Midnight ist sehr gelungen.
Aber ich möchte die Shows gar nicht schlechtreden, ich finde, daß Elvis bemüht ist, anspruchsvolle Shows zu bringen und auch die Oldies für neueres Material vernachlässigt...aber auf That's All Right und Heartbreak Hotel bin ich gespannt, weil ich die als unkaputtbar einstufe, die gefallen mir eigentlich immer.

Auf jeden Fall Daumen hoch, weil es neu ist

Ich freue mich auf diese Veröffentlichung, glaube aber nicht, dass das genannte VÖ Datum eingehalten werden kann!

Ich hatte 2 Konzerte zur Auswahl gestellt und habe auch erst gestern abend von Ernst erfahren, für welche er sich entschieden hat. Insofern hab ich nicht geschwindelt...die Show ist völlig neu, gab es auch nicht auf CD-R. Und besser als eine Wiedeveröffentlichung oder eine schlampige 1977er Show ist sie allemal. Elvis ist gut drauf und die Songauswahl kann sich auch sehen lassen. Auch die bonus songs sind nicht ohne...ich finde das Ding hat alles, was Sammler ansprechen sollte...und dafür ist FTD da.
