Coming soon is the second volume of Straight Arrow's special mini-series focusing on "two-mic ambience live recordings":

"YOU DON'T HAVE TO SAY YOU LOVE" (SA/SP 2010-02-02).

This CD will feature the Wednesday, February 21, 1973 Dinner Show, which is previously uncirculated -- no known audience or soundboard recording has surfaced in over 37 years! The concert was taped by the same fan, using the same equipment and settings, who captured the February 15, 1973 Dinner Show heard on our first volume, "FADED LOVE." This means that the sound quality is just as good. However, this time around there is huge difference in Elvis' performance. Whereas "FADED LOVE" gave the listener an unusual set, as Presley was under the weather and left the stage for a stretch, here he is fully recovered and vocally strong.

"YOU DON'T HAVE TO SAY YOU LOVE" features a fairly standard repertoire for the period, but the majority of the material is performed very well. Among the highlights is a knockout performance of "What Now My Love," from false start to reprise! Other impressive numbers include "I'm Leavin'" and "You Don't Have To Say You Love Me."

As with Volume 1, this release will be presented in a cool-looking digipak, with relevant information and rare photos. If you enjoyed "FADED LOVE", you will love this one, too.

"YOU DON'T HAVE TO SAY YOU LOVE" will be released early August, 2010.

Die FADED LOVE hat mir gut gefallen, ich denke mal dass ich hier auch wieder zuschlagen werde. Und I'M LEAVIN' habe ich auch noch nicht von diesem Gastspiel (auch wenn's wohl kaum anders klingen wird als im April '73).

vol 2 wird eine ANDERE show beiinhalten als angekündigt, was aber nicht heisst, dass die show NICHT veröffentlicht wird.
sie kommt nur später als vorgesehen..

Irgednwie kommt man sich verarscht vor bei so einer Sache.
Man ist ja gewöhnt das fast alles verschoben wird, das ist auch nicht der Rede wert und kann schon etwas länger warten, darum geht's mir nicht.
Obwohl, dann sollte man eventuell das "coming soon" nicht verwenden

Aber dann nach der Ankündigung einfach die Show auswechseln finde ich schon weniger lustig.
Es soll Leute geben die schon die Show bezahlt haben die angekündigt wurde, und die hätten sie dann auch gerne.
Oder muss man sich jetzt einfach schon irgendwas vorsetzen lassen und darf selber nicht mehr entscheiden was man haben will, bzw. hat dann die Umstände mit stornieren und Geld zurück und hin und her

Mir wurde gestern erzählt die You Don't Have To Say.... soll nun doch bald (Ende September) kommen

hat jemand gesagt, dass vol 2 NICHT kommt? nein.
nur die SHOW, die für vol 2 angekündigt wurde, wird dann wohl erst als vol 3 (oder auch 4, je nach vö-plan) kommen

Warum heißt die CD dann You Don't Have To Say You Love Me u. erscheint laut Johnny Ende September,wenn sie erst auf Vol. 4 veröff. wird.Od. kommen von diesem Label noch 3 CD's im Sept.auf den Markt.Od.erscheint Vol.4 vor der Vol.2.- das hat es ja am Importmarkt auch schon gegeben.
