RARE ELVIS VOLUME 5 - CELLULOID TREASURES, focuses on, as the title suggests, Elvis' movie career, from the 50s thru the 60s.
Among the 25 tracks on this SILVER PRESSED CD ( NO CD-R!!) there are many highlights, tracks that are rarely available elsewhere.
One of the tracks, ROUSTABOUT, has been a recent news item in ElvisWorld as this is a very rare outtake, that sold lately for a little over 1,100 $US on ebay, and was only available on the 'Memphis Tennessee' 1982 bootleg LP but.... in incorrect speed. Now on this CD you'll hear it as it was recorded, in the best ever sound quality. A real must have!!
Other highlights includes the COMPLETE version ( with intro and extra verse!!) of I've Got To Find My Baby' , never released on CD before, and a stunning unreleased harmony version of 'Could I Fall In Love' , the undubbed master of 'Theres Gold In The Mountains' ( which circulated in the bootleg circuit for many years, but is here available for the first time in an unheard beautiful sound quality), the much sought after 'Love Me Tender' stereo version, hilarious outtakes of both 'Shake That Tambourine' and 'Britches' and.....many many more, including 4 UNRELEASED TRACKS for the first time available on CD !!

I've Got To Find My Baby gab es schon auf der Bootleg Memphis Tennessee LP/ From The Bottom Of My Heart CD.Could I Fall In Love-AT Harmony.Ist ein Schwachsinn.Shake That Tambourine- spl.Take Break Up Version.Wenn man schon Takes spl.dann um aus uncomp. Takes einen comp. Song zu machen.Hier spl.man um eine Break Up Version zu bekommen.Auch nicht schlecht.
Wer nicht weiß was er mit seinem Geld machen soll sich diese CD kaufen od.mir das übrige Geld überweisen.
