      Zitat von Johnny B.
Release of CD The Memphis Jukebox Vol. 1 on March 15. The CD will contain 22 records found in Elvis' personal jukebox, as detailed in Record Collector's 'The Secret of Elvis' Jukebox'.
this is a very exciting release due to the fact that it's not just one of those “20 songs that influenced Elvis” type releases that we've seen for years….. this is actually what Elvis listened to in Graceland and as such is an historical document as detailed in the February issue of Record Collector (an excellent article).

The track listing has been very carefully selected (mostly up-tempo) to appeal to a wide audience ranging from serious Elvis collectors to lovers of roots music, the disc covers genres such as rock n roll, rockabilly, blues, doo wop and rhythm and blues (some of the songs as you will see were covered by Elvis during his career).

Vee-Tone Records and Elvis Unlimited team up with HMV to bring a piece of Rock‘n'Roll memorabilia to London –
for one day only on Thursday, 28th October –
to support the CD launch of The Memphis Jukebox Two.

To coincide with the release of Volume 2 of The Memphis Jukebox, Vee-Tone Records have teamed up with Elvis Unlimited and HMV to bring a piece of Rock 'n' Roll history to the UK.
On 28th October, Vee-Tone Records will be in HMV's flagship Oxford Circus store (150 Oxford Street, London) accompanied by Henrik Knudsen, the new owner of the original Elvis jukebox collection, as well as Megan M. Murphy (Editor of Elvis Unlimited) of Record Collector magazine, whose article ‘secrets of the King's jukebox' has generated huge interest among fans.

Vee-Tone Records and Elvis Unlimited will have on display over 40 original singles from Elvis' jukebox as well as other memorabilia once owned by ‘The King'.
Appropriately, Elvis used to release his early recordings in the UK on the HMV label.
