Elvis behind the Scenes
On April 14 & 15, ElvisMatters launches a new in-depth series about Elvis. This yearly ‘event’ aims at fans who wish to know everything about Elvis. Two conditions for the American invitees: they have to had an undeniable influence on the life of Elvis – but at the same time, they must have kept a low profile: no books, no documentaries. Our first guest is somebody who worked for Elvis in between 1975-1977, being responsible for his stage and casual wardrobe. More important: he’s the one that introduced Elvis to racquetball. On top of that, he refused to cooperate with the West brothers for their sleazy book “Elvis – What Happened”, and that alone makes him a VIP in our eyes: Dean Nichopoulos.
