An American admirer has written a new book on the life of John Wilkinson. In "My life before, during and after Elvis Presley", author Nick Moretti talks about John's career. John R. Wilkinson might be best known as Elvis's '70s-era rhythm guitar player, but he has worked with several other singers and groups as well, including the Kingston Trio. The book is available next month.
